Terms of use
Use DRAMEO lawfully, keep your account secure and respect territory, age and content restrictions.
1. Who may use DRAMEO
You must be able to form a binding agreement in your country. Age-rated content may require age assurance, and a parent or guardian is responsible where local law requires consent.
The service may be limited by country, language, device, beta cohort or licensed rights window. Access in one country does not promise access elsewhere.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your session until it is secured.
Private lists, progress, preferences and subscription details are shown only after authentication. Do not share or sell an account or use automated means to create accounts.
3. Permission to watch
DRAMEO grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to stream available content for private viewing. No ownership, download, redistribution or public-performance right is transferred.
Do not bypass playback controls, geographic checks, ads, subscription gates, digital rights management, rate limits or security measures.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal material, harass others, manipulate rankings, scrape the catalogue, probe infrastructure or interfere with another viewer. Community activity is also governed by the Community Guidelines.
Reports must be made in good faith. Knowingly false notices, impersonation or repeated abuse of complaints may lead to restrictions.
5. Availability and changes
Titles, episodes, tracks and features may change when rights expire, localization fails review, providers are unavailable or law requires action. We aim to preserve progress but do not promise that every title remains available.
Material changes to these terms require a new version and effective date. Where consent is legally required, DRAMEO will request it before the new terms apply.
6. Suspension, liability and law
Access may be suspended for security, fraud, serious policy violations or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we provide a reason and appeal path.
Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Governing law, courts, entity details and mandatory dispute channels must be completed by qualified Polish and EU counsel before production publication.
