DRAMEO publishes only after territory, language, medium and time-window rights pass the release gate.
1. Ownership and licence
DRAMEO, licensors and creators retain their respective rights in stories, video, artwork, subtitles, software and branding. Viewing permission does not authorize copying, redistribution or commercial reuse.
2. Rights-gated publication
A title must have recorded licensor, contract reference, territory, languages, media, business model, dates and exclusivity before scheduling. Missing or expired rights block publication and playback.
3. Infringement notices
A valid notice should identify the protected work, the specific DRAMEO material and URL, the rights holder or authorized agent, contact details, a good-faith statement and an accuracy/authority statement required by applicable law.
Do not send full identity documents or unrelated confidential material. The production notice address and legal entity must be published before launch.
4. Review and counter-notice
DRAMEO may restrict material while reviewing a sufficiently specific notice, preserve evidence and inform affected parties where lawful. A challenged decision receives an appeal or counter-notice route appropriate to the jurisdiction.
5. Repeat abuse and creator submissions
Repeated infringement, knowingly false notices or misuse of the process may lead to account restrictions. Content submissions require a separate written agreement; sending a link does not grant or transfer rights.
