Privacy policy
DRAMEO separates necessary service data from optional analytics, advertising and personalization choices.
1. Data we handle
Account data may include email, display name, locale, session identifiers and age-assurance state. Viewing data may include progress, watchlist, followed series, search and content feedback.
Security and service data may include device and browser information, coarse country, request identifiers, diagnostics, consent choices and support or report records. Payment providers return status and references; DRAMEO should not store full card numbers.
2. Why and on what legal basis
We use necessary data to provide accounts, playback, rights checks, security, support and requested purchases. Legal obligations may require finance, safety, copyright or audit records.
Optional analytics, advertising and personalization operate only under the applicable consent or other valid legal basis. A consent choice can be changed without disabling essential viewing.
3. Sharing and international transfers
Data may be processed by contracted hosting, database, video, email, analytics, advertising and payment providers only for defined purposes and with appropriate safeguards.
Before production, each provider, processing location, transfer mechanism and subprocessor must be recorded in the approved privacy notice. DRAMEO does not sell private watch history as a standalone list.
4. Retention and security
Data is kept only for the service, legal, fraud-prevention and dispute periods approved in the retention schedule. Deletion may preserve narrowly required finance, security or rights records.
Controls include encrypted transport, HttpOnly session cookies, least-privilege roles, row-level security, audit trails and protected exports. No system can promise absolute security.
5. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. The Privacy Centre protects request status behind sign-in and may require identity confirmation.
You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. Controller identity, contact details, representative and data-protection officer fields require legal approval before launch.
6. Children and updates
DRAMEO is not designed to collect children’s data without the safeguards and consent required by local law. Age-rated content may be blocked even for an authenticated account.
A material policy update receives a new version and effective date. Previous acceptance records are retained where legally necessary.
